Teams at Intercom

Own and build the demo platform and tooling that powers all customer-facing demos: multi-tenant mock workspaces, seeded data, reset infrastructure, demo UI/features, templates, and automation. Collaborate with Product, PMM, Enablement and SE to prebuild demos for new releases, design training/certification, and codify repeatable demo patterns across web, mobile, voice, email, and integrations.

The Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with product teams, develop metrics, design data pipelines, and influence product strategy through data analysis at Intercom.
