The Tax Manager will lead European customer tax reporting and withholding initiatives for investment products. Responsibilities include designing compliant tax statements, validating tax calculations, researching European tax laws, analyzing product and transaction tax implications, drafting system requirements, partnering with Technology teams on automation, developing procedures, and communicating requirements to stakeholders and customers. The role requires deep European information reporting, withholding, investment product taxation, cross-border tax, and tax technology expertise.

Provides technical and functional support to clients through phone, chat, and tickets. Troubleshoots desktop, mobile, and web trading platforms across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS; investigates connectivity and software issues; manages widespread technical problems; and escalates bugs to internal teams. Requires fluent English and Spanish, client-facing support experience, strong communication, analytical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with support ticketing systems.
