The Tax Manager will lead European customer tax reporting and withholding initiatives for investment products. Investigate connectivity, software, and platform issues, manage widespread technical problems, and escalate bugs to internal teams. The role requires fluent English plus German or French, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and at least two years of client-facing technical support experience.

Supports institutional and high-net-worth clients through onboarding, platform demonstrations, and integration services. Identifies new business opportunities, manages strategic partner relationships, coordinates cross-functional integration projects, and presents products and services to prospective and existing clients. The role requires financial markets knowledge, strong stakeholder management, organization, communication, analytical ability, and proficiency in English, with additional languages preferred.

Translates financial account applications, client interfaces, and occasional legal or regulatory content between English and Czech. Maintains glossaries and translation memories, proofreads and edits existing translations, performs quality assurance, and processes documents. Requires native Czech, proficient English, finance-related translation experience, CAT tool expertise, and knowledge of basic trading terminology. The role involves meeting tight deadlines independently while collaborating effectively in a hybrid London-based environment.

Build and maintain high-traffic trading applications within the Vue ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing scalable front-end systems, TypeScript libraries, real-time browser connectivity, UI components, performance improvements, testing, and architecture enhancements. The role involves collaborating on large-scale projects, guiding front-end technology decisions, and contributing to a shared Vue component library. It requires strong SPA development experience, modern tooling knowledge, and familiarity with AI concepts and real-time data.
