Designs and owns IntentOne’s partner certification program across systems integrators, hyperscalers, and VARs. Builds curricula, train-the-trainer programs, onboarding processes, delivery standards, and enablement content. Coordinates Product, Delivery, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing while supporting joint go-to-market activities, partner business reviews, reporting, and potential joint ventures. Success includes independently delivering partners, faster implementation timelines, and partner-sourced revenue.

Build and lead the company’s deal desk and revenue operations function. Responsibilities include establishing approval matrices, managing pricing and contracting strategy, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Solution Engineering, administering commercial systems, improving forecasting and pipeline reporting, delivering sales enablement, and managing partner agreements. The role will also support customer- and partner-facing operations as the business expands into new regions and scales its sales organization.

Own inbound and outbound demand generation, qualify MQLs into SQLs, manage 30–45-day free-trial funnels through procurement, and support account management through close. Run campaigns using modern sales and martech tools, maintain CRM accuracy, manage AI-driven outreach avatars, contribute to territory planning, and represent Intent HQ at industry events. The role is designed as a progression path toward Account Director.
