Leads end-to-end PACS implementation, integration, commissioning, and imaging data migration projects. Designs and troubleshoots integrations among PACS, RIS, EPR, VNA, and clinical systems using DICOM, HL7, and SQL. Coordinates technical delivery, mentors engineers, resolves escalations, supports documentation and architecture improvements, and contributes to pre-sales and tender activities for healthcare customers.
