Senior, part-time advisory role providing named principal-level oversight and strategic guidance on cyber assurance programs (ISO 27001, IASME, NIST CSF, SOC 2). Chair or sit on governance forums, review major deliverables, coach delivery leads, contribute to proposals, and shape practice strategy and positioning. Public-facing role representing the firm and influencing service design, pricing, and adjacent areas like AI governance and security architecture.

Lead end-to-end ISO 27001:2022 implementations and audits for mid-market and enterprise clients: scoping, gap analysis, risk assessment/treatment, SoA, policy and control design, internal audits, management reviews, and support through external Stage 1/2 audits. Coach client owners, respond to non-conformities, contribute templates and delivery standards, and optionally extend into IASME, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and supplier assurance.

Hands-on Technical SEO and web growth contractor to audit, fix and optimise a WordPress/Elementor site: implement technical SEO, schema, GA4/Search Console, page speed and Core Web Vitals improvements, build and improve service/landing templates, support keyword research and content, set up tracking/forms/CRM, and improve conversion copy and UX to drive inbound enquiries.
