Develop and own persona knowledge, value propositions, and messaging for product ranges. Conduct market and competitor research, shape go-to-market routes, lead product briefs, and drive end-to-end product launches while partnering across product, campaigns, sales, and content teams.

Support external sales by qualifying leads, managing the sales cycle, generating quotes, maintaining CRM records, and assisting Key Account Managers with order tracking, gap analysis, cross-selling, and customer communication. Attend trade shows and customer visits as needed.

Plan and execute Amazon and multi-channel PPC campaigns across UK, EU and USA. Manage campaign setup, optimisation and ACOS/spend control, support DSP partner, run audits and post-campaign analysis, build AMC insights and audiences, present performance reports, and liaise with teams to drive ROAS and NTB conversions.
