Define infrastructure as code with Terraform, harden identity integration, use AI for monitoring and runbooks, and collaborate with Kubernetes and product teams to resolve complex networking issues.

Own and grow a global portfolio of data and vertical-AI partners to drive pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, co-innovation, co-marketing, and co-selling. Build joint value propositions and multi-year partner roadmaps, enable data integrations with Celeste (via MCP and agent integrations), manage executive relationships, engage in sales opportunities, embed partner plans into business units, and report partner outcomes while working cross-functionally and traveling as required.

Own triage, investigation and resolution of client-reported issues across Intapp Time (cloud and on-prem), diagnose across web, desktop, mobile and integrations using logs, SQL and APIs, provide clear client updates, maintain audit-ready tickets, and produce knowledge articles and escalation packages.
