The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) is a global trade association representing institutional limited partners and their beneficiaries in private markets, particularly private equity. It connects and empowers LPs through education, research, advocacy, networking, and industry events; it also promotes transparency, governance, and alignment between general partners and limited partners while supporting members’ investment performance and influencing policy and industry practices.
