Senior Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, developing product backlogs, prioritizing work, managing senior stakeholders, and acting as a bridge between business owners, product owners, and Agile delivery teams. The role supports system and acceptance testing, sprint activities, process improvements, and the full software development lifecycle. Candidates need financial markets knowledge, particularly LDI and fixed income pricing, yield curves, PV01/IE01 risk analytics, SQL debugging skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Produce and review tailored monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc client reports; act as key stakeholder contact; investigate and resolve complex queries; translate requirements into reporting solutions; develop understanding of LDI and fixed income portfolios; drive process improvements; support onboarding and training of junior team members.
