Lead European finance teams and oversee accounting, tax, audit, administration, reporting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. Drive ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives, improve reporting processes, prepare management accounts, support strategic decisions, and ensure statutory filings. Manage and develop the finance team, collaborate with auditors, and travel occasionally to European offices.

Manage dealer accounts across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux for inMusic’s musical instrument and audio brands. Drive sales targets, recruit and develop dealers, conduct performance reviews, support product launches, coordinate local marketing and demonstrations, analyze sales performance, maintain CRM forecasts, ensure merchandising compliance, and participate in trade events. The role requires strong MI industry knowledge, commercial expertise, dealer-channel experience, and travel of up to 40%.
