Delivers healthcare policy and public affairs consulting programmes for UK and international clients. Responsibilities include managing workstreams and client relationships, researching policy and stakeholder developments, developing strategic recommendations, coordinating projects and events, supporting business development, drafting proposals, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Manages client social media accounts and leads organic, paid, and influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. Develops social strategies, content, copy, briefs, calendars, and community management guidance; launches and optimizes paid campaigns; analyzes performance and delivers recommendations. Builds client relationships, manages projects, supports new business, ensures healthcare compliance, and mentors junior colleagues.

Owns monthly financial reporting for assigned agencies or business units, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet, KPI, and management reporting. Leads forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, profitability analysis, and business-case development. Investigates variances, provides commercial insights and recommendations, and supports strategic decisions. The role also improves reporting automation, dashboards, financial data quality, and planning processes while partnering with finance teams and business leadership in a global matrix environment.
