Supports healthcare communications campaigns by translating complex scientific information into engaging content for media, healthcare professionals, patients, and the public. Responsibilities may include organizing medical meetings, developing social media programs, monitoring media coverage, creating educational concepts, supporting workshops, and producing press releases, videos, animations, infographics, and live events. The role offers structured development and exposure to AI-assisted research, content creation, and audience insights.

Manages client social media accounts and leads organic, paid, and influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. Develops social strategies, content, copy, briefs, calendars, and community management guidance; launches and optimizes paid campaigns; analyzes performance and delivers recommendations. Builds client relationships, manages projects, supports new business, ensures healthcare compliance, and mentors junior colleagues.

Owns monthly financial reporting for assigned agencies or business units, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet, KPI, and management reporting. Leads forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, profitability analysis, and business-case development. Investigates variances, provides commercial insights and recommendations, and supports strategic decisions. The role also improves reporting automation, dashboards, financial data quality, and planning processes while partnering with finance teams and business leadership in a global matrix environment.
