Manages client social media accounts and leads organic, paid, and influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. Develops social strategies, content, copy, briefs, calendars, and community management guidance; launches and optimizes paid campaigns; analyzes performance and delivers recommendations. Builds client relationships, manages projects, supports new business, ensures healthcare compliance, and mentors junior colleagues.

Owns monthly financial reporting for assigned agencies or business units, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet, KPI, and management reporting. Leads forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, profitability analysis, and business-case development. Investigates variances, provides commercial insights and recommendations, and supports strategic decisions. The role also improves reporting automation, dashboards, financial data quality, and planning processes while partnering with finance teams and business leadership in a global matrix environment.

Manage client accounts and deliver UK and international healthcare policy, public affairs, and advocacy programmes. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, workshops, events, and stakeholder engagement; developing policy analyses, briefings, reports, messaging, and engagement materials; providing policy intelligence and strategic recommendations; supporting business development; managing client relationships; and coaching junior team members.

Manage day-to-day client accounts and project portfolios within a healthcare communications agency, ensuring profitable delivery, strong client partnerships, risk mitigation, and knowledge sharing across the client team.

Lead creative ideation, visual execution and campaign development across digital, print, video, social and interactive channels for pharmaceutical and wellness clients. Own brand quality, craft, and AI-assisted workflows while partnering with cross-functional teams, presenting work to clients, and mentoring junior designers to elevate creative output within regulatory constraints.
