Conduct face-to-face, video, and telephone functional assessments for claimants, gathering information about daily living abilities and producing structured clinical reports for the DWP. The role uses clinical expertise, active listening, questioning, critical reasoning, and computer skills. Successful candidates complete paid training and DWP accreditation while working predictable weekday hours in an assessment centre or hybrid setting.
