Consult on commercial transformation for life sciences clients: identify and prioritize omnichannel, market access, and value-based care opportunities; design scalable digital/AI-enabled solutions and business cases; drive solution packaging, go-to-market and pilot adoption; enable teams with frameworks and thought leadership. Requires client engagement and frequent travel to drive enterprise-scale commercialization.

The role involves leading Oracle HCM and ERP transformation programs, engaging with clients, managing proposals, and mentoring teams. The position demands strong sales and delivery capabilities in consulting.
