Manage executive reward programs, including remuneration reporting, Remuneration Committee materials, short- and long-term incentive plans, equity programs, job levelling, market benchmarking, and M&A compensation analysis. Advise senior HR leaders on executive packages, contracts, exits, governance, and reward strategy. Serve as the subject matter expert on executive compensation, UK listed-company requirements, and remuneration governance while developing broader HR and reward team capability.

Sources and qualifies leads, conducts outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, schedules sales appointments, and builds pipeline for Account Executives. Maintains prospecting activity in Salesforce, collaborates with internal teams, develops content marketing expertise, and works toward monthly pipeline and sales targets.

Supports commercial evaluation and implementation of journal and book acquisitions through market research, competitive intelligence, performance tracking, dashboards, and sales enablement coordination. The role collaborates with editorial, commercial, and sales teams, identifies underperforming acquisitions, organizes acquisition data, and communicates actionable insights to support revenue growth and retention.
