Responsibilities include managing expansion, cross-sell, upsell, renewals, pricing and forecasting; developing strategic account plans and QBRs; coaching enterprise account managers; leading complex negotiations; and improving sales effectiveness through Salesforce, dashboards and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads enterprise new-business sales across EMEA, owning revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline generation, sales methodology, strategic deal support, and sales execution. Manages and coaches enterprise sales executives across multiple regions, drives recruitment and development, improves Salesforce usage and reporting, and partners with Marketing and RevOps to build a predictable, scalable sales organization.
