The Senior Reporter will produce exclusive news, analysis, interviews, features, and data-led content for Insurance Post’s UK general insurance audience. Responsibilities include monitoring industry developments, generating story ideas, creating multimedia formats, issuing email alerts, building industry relationships, engaging sources, and collaborating with editorial and business teams. The role requires strong writing, research, editing, deadline management, storytelling, and insurance industry knowledge.

Oversee Chartis Research’s daily operations, including research publishing workflows, onboarding, vendor coordination, finance administration, sales operations, reporting, and executive support. Manage geographically dispersed team members, improve processes, track deliverables, maintain data integrity, and drive operational efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools. The role partners with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality business performance.

Produces and project-manages B2B financial risk conferences, including timelines, budgets, event operations, marketing and sales coordination. Conducts market research, develops innovative programmes, recruits and manages speakers and sponsors, writes marketing content, proofreads materials, and maintains event websites. Builds relationships with senior financial-market professionals, collaborates across editorial, marketing and sales teams, and leads speaker liaison and event delivery on-site.
