Build and maintain Power BI reporting solutions on Snowflake, turning requirements into robust dashboards covering leads, orders, retailer performance, inventory and customer experience. Responsibilities include data modelling, ETL/ELT support, testing, UAT, platform administration, user training, and first-line BI support.

The Product Specialist will research and implement strategic changes, define the product portfolio, and support technical discussions to optimize customer offerings for the Grenadier and Quartermaster vehicles.

Operate and optimise the Grenadier global website: ensure uptime, manage multi-market/multi-language authoring, implement SEO improvements (including LLM relevance), coordinate agency work, prioritise development and content updates to increase conversion.
