Lead social expertise across a multi-client portfolio, ensuring best practices, measurable value, testing roadmaps, and strategic innovation. Serve as a subject-matter expert, mentor team members, monitor platform and industry changes, support client relationships, troubleshoot social initiatives, and contribute to broader social strategy and best-practice development. Build external visibility through thought leadership, speaking, and content while collaborating with Client Directors and the Head of Social.

Lead end-to-end paid social strategy and campaign execution for major clients, managing £1m+ annual budgets across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other platforms. Develop full-funnel performance campaigns, identify growth opportunities, collaborate on multi-channel strategies, mentor an Account Executive, support new business pitches, and advance team best practices, testing frameworks, and technology adoption.

The Senior Account Executive will manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms, optimize client accounts, analyze performance, and drive innovation by testing new strategies.
