Corporate Counsel will advise IMU Biosciences on commercial, operational, and clinical matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, protecting intellectual property, advising internal stakeholders, developing legal policies and contract playbooks, delivering training, and managing outside counsel. The role requires legal qualification, life sciences experience, strong contract and regulatory knowledge, and an understanding of clinical development. Familiarity with data privacy and AI/ML platforms is desirable.
