Manage end-to-end subscription renewals for an assigned customer portfolio, driving retention, negotiating contracts, identifying upsell opportunities, preparing quotes and forecasts, and coordinating with customers, channel partners, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Maintain accurate Salesforce data, assess renewal risks, communicate product value, and support multi-year agreements and cloud transitions.

Lead international digital marketing to grow awareness, engagement, and pipeline using SEO/AEO/GEO, paid media, website optimization, content distribution, and analytics. Partner with regional teams and agencies to localize campaigns, manage budgets, run audits, improve discoverability across search and AI-driven channels, and report performance to drive continuous optimization and alignment with buyer journeys.

Manages and grows assigned channel partners across international markets, recruits and enables new resellers, develops joint business plans, conducts business reviews, delivers sales and technical enablement, and supports regional sales teams in achieving revenue targets. The role focuses on selling IT security, identity, and mobility solutions within healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, and public-sector markets.
