Lead international digital marketing to grow awareness, engagement, and pipeline using SEO/AEO/GEO, paid media, website optimization, content distribution, and analytics. Partner with regional teams and agencies to localize campaigns, manage budgets, run audits, improve discoverability across search and AI-driven channels, and report performance to drive continuous optimization and alignment with buyer journeys.

Manage a strategic international customer portfolio by driving value realization, product adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion. Build executive relationships, lead solution assessments and business reviews, coordinate internal resources to resolve challenges, and maintain account plans and health metrics in Gainsight. Provide customer insights, develop success stories, support advocacy initiatives, and communicate recommendations to leadership. The role requires fluent French and English, strong technical comprehension, presentation skills, and experience aligning complex software solutions with customer objectives.

Manages small to medium-sized healthcare software implementation projects from planning through production rollout. Coordinates internal teams, customers, and vendors while managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, stakeholder communications, and deliverables. Leads status meetings, resolves issues, supports statements of work and estimates, maintains client relationships, and identifies opportunities for additional services. Requires native French, strong English, and preferably advanced German. Travel up to 25% is required.
