Drives client acquisition for impact investing, donor-advised fund, and investment advisory offerings. Qualifies prospects, manages pipelines, develops proposals and presentations, supports RFPs, cultivates referral relationships, and coordinates handoffs through onboarding. The role targets family offices, foundations, corporations, RIAs, advisors, and high-net-worth individuals, requiring investment fluency, disciplined CRM management, strong relationship-building, and collaboration across teams.

Own sales operations infrastructure supporting client acquisition, including CRM administration, pipeline reporting, lead routing, prospect research, dashboards, data management, automation, playbooks, and cross-functional workflows. Coordinate prospect-to-client transitions, account opening, funding tracking, and business development projects while delivering reporting and improving scalable processes. The role supports investment-focused clients and requires strong project management, data integrity, investor communications, and impact investing knowledge.

Supports investment operations for private debt and equity portfolios by collecting fund reports, recording investment activity, reconciling data, maintaining investment systems, preparing client reporting, and processing new investments. The role also documents processes, identifies improvements, and coordinates with internal stakeholders and fund contacts. It is fully remote within the U.S., requires Eastern Time business hours, and includes travel to company events two to three times annually.
