Develop and maintain analytical data models, datasets, semantic layers, and customer-facing reporting infrastructure. Lead data quality, observability, lineage, and model optimization initiatives while collaborating with data, software, and analytics engineers. Apply SQL and cloud data warehouse expertise, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, version control, and continuous integration.

Create and improve governance, risk, and compliance security labs, challenges, and learning content. Research regulations and standards, develop practical simulations, peer-review cyber ranges, simplify complex cybersecurity concepts, and advise engineering and product teams on security and privacy by design. The role requires GRC audit experience, knowledge of major compliance frameworks, strong cybersecurity fundamentals, and the ability to create engaging training for technical and non-technical users.

Supports Finance and Go-To-Market departments by designing data recording systems, monitoring data quality, enforcing governance, analyzing large datasets, producing concise reports, and recommending process improvements. The role translates complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success objectives.
