The Cyber Security Engineer will focus on Incident Response and Crisis Simulation by developing and improving security labs, researching threats, and creating engaging content for defensive security professionals.

Own content quality and operations for product content across audiences. Partner with GTM, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to enforce style, readability, and accessibility. Build, prototype, and deploy AI agents (using Gemini and Claude tools) to automate copyediting, voice alignment, and quality monitoring. Review technical content, iterate with stakeholders, and scale content workflows.

Provide technical and operational support for ~200 enterprise accounts: monitor platform health, prepare QBR data, perform advanced user administration and SSO/SCIM integration setup, triage tier-1/2 tickets, manage escalations, produce custom BI reports, audit data lifecycles, and create documentation to improve self-service and reduce ticket volume.
