Responsibilities include creating realistic attack-and-defense simulations, translating technical research into accessible content, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and supporting cloud security content strategy.

Own product features end to end for the Immersive One cybersecurity platform. Conduct customer research, define hypotheses, design intuitive interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes, and validate decisions through qualitative and quantitative data. Apply Object-Oriented UX and contribute to the design system while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and customers. Influence product strategy, measure design impact against KPIs, and support an inclusive design community.

Own product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and training programs across cybersecurity and AI resilience solutions. Develop sales collateral, support product launches, translate technical capabilities into clear market-facing stories, collaborate with Product and Sales, and measure enablement effectiveness. The role is fully remote and supports teams across the UK and US.

Leads and scales a data engineering team of 8+ engineers, owning data strategy, platform modernization, architecture, reliability, and engineering standards. Partners with product, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality data solutions. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, performance measurement, and representing data engineering with senior leadership.
