Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver optical/photonics medical instrumentation. Provide hands‑on technical and site leadership, translate biological needs into engineered systems, drive programs through V&V, align practices with ISO 13485/IVDR/UKCA, and coordinate cross‑site integration and collaboration with scientists and QA/RA.
