Serve as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise customers using Illumio’s cybersecurity and segmentation platform. Guide onboarding, adoption, optimization, operationalization, health reviews, risk mitigation, executive reviews, and renewal or expansion readiness. Translate platform telemetry, support trends, and customer feedback into actionable recommendations, coordinate escalations, and partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management. Travel up to 30% for customer engagements and related business activities.
