Own end-to-end brand and integrated marketing campaigns for Ireland and other international markets, with paid media as the primary specialization. Responsibilities include media strategy and agency management, cross-channel planning, campaign adaptation, measurement, media mix modelling, full-funnel optimization, reporting, testing, and coordination across brand, performance, social, content, PR, CRM, and external partners.

Own and evolve IG's Honeycomb-centered observability platform; drive OpenTelemetry instrumentation across Java, Python and C++ services; define SLOs and alerting; participate in incident response and post-incident reviews; mentor engineers and produce runbooks, tooling, and standards to improve telemetry and reliability across a globally distributed microservices estate.

Serve as primary client contact for premium trading clients, delivering responsive service, desk coverage, CRM record-keeping, issue resolution with Dealing/Product/Operations, and identifying upsell/retention opportunities while supporting team SLAs and high CSAT.
