Own IG Group’s CRM acquisition lifecycle program, driving new customer conversion and first trades through personalized, automated, multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities include managing incentive and lead-generation journeys, setting a testing roadmap, measuring incrementality, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Analytics, MarTech and Compliance, mentoring a CRM Executive, and creating scalable playbooks. The role requires strong Braze and Liquid expertise and is based in London on a hybrid schedule.

Owns IG Group’s data privacy program, including privacy governance, DPIAs, RoPA, DSARs, retention, cross-border transfers, breach reporting, regulatory engagement, privacy-by-design advice, incident management, training, and data risk. The role partners with Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR, Procurement, Technology, and Product teams across a multinational regulated organization.

Own the SFMC-to-Braze migration and develop a trusted marketing data source of truth across 40+ tools. Responsibilities include data architecture, schema and identity resolution, SQL and Python validation, pipeline debugging, data quality monitoring, AI-assisted workflow automation, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination with data and technology teams.
