Provide onsite and remote desktop support across Windows and macOS environments. Triage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and other channels, administer Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and audiovisual systems, and support device deployments and upgrades. Collaborate with escalation teams, vendors, and global IT, while improving processes, automation, asset management, and service quality for business-critical users.

Own the group-wide ICARA process, including capital adequacy, liquidity, wind-down analysis, stress testing, and regulatory submissions. Develop and govern capital models and quantitative risk methodologies, monitor prudential regulation, engage with the FCA, and partner with Finance on capital planning and forecasting. Produce board-level capital adequacy reporting and support strategic initiatives, M&A assessments, recovery planning, and regulatory examinations.

Manage governance, reporting, risk, dependencies, milestones, benefits, and communications for a company-wide transformation programme. Coordinate technology modernisation, AI adoption, acquisition integration, operating model change, organisational change, and procurement initiatives. Prepare executive reporting, support budgeting and savings validation, challenge initiative owners, assist at-risk workstreams, track adoption, and coordinate project managers. The role operates within a PMO and requires hybrid work with three office days per week.

Lead the design, implementation, operation, and enhancement of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers, enterprise environments, containers, and public clouds. Drive automation, DevOps practices, reliability, security, performance, documentation, and incident response. Collaborate with development and business teams on enterprise initiatives while mentoring network engineers and serving as a technical lead for network standardization and infrastructure improvements.

Serve as primary client contact for premium trading clients, delivering responsive service, desk coverage, CRM record-keeping, issue resolution with Dealing/Product/Operations, and identifying upsell/retention opportunities while supporting team SLAs and high CSAT.

Provide Line 2 compliance advice to IG's Prime institutional business, review and approve financial promotions, support product and platform changes, advise on client categorisation and conduct rules, monitor regulatory developments, run thematic reviews, maintain records of advice, and coach stakeholders to build first-line capability.

Owns the end-to-end architecture of IG’s GCP data platform, including BigQuery, Kafka ingestion, transformation, integration services, data quality, observability, and self-service patterns. Leads complex migrations from AWS and on-premises systems, establishes engineering standards, mentors data engineers, reviews designs and code, manages third-party delivery quality, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.

Own end-to-end brand and integrated marketing campaigns for Ireland and other international markets, with paid media as the primary specialization. Responsibilities include media strategy and agency management, cross-channel planning, campaign adaptation, measurement, media mix modelling, full-funnel optimization, reporting, testing, and coordination across brand, performance, social, content, PR, CRM, and external partners.

Sell IG Prime's liquidity, prime brokerage and white-label solutions to institutional and B2B partners. Drive new client acquisition, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate onboarding with internal teams, shape product delivery with feedback, represent the firm at events, and deepen partner integrations to grow market share.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and IaC for a GCP-centric data platform. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, enforce IAM/security best practices, run incident response/on-call, evolve the internal developer platform (IDP), and collaborate with data and ML teams to onboard and support production services.

Support senior institutional sales across business development, client management and commercial activities for IG Prime. Help prepare pitches, manage CRM and pipeline reporting, assist client onboarding with ops/risk/compliance, represent at industry events, and contribute to sales process improvements.
