Build end-to-end features across UI, APIs, backend services in Go, integrations, and deployment. Own architectural decisions, cloud-native practices, quality, security, performance, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with Product, UX, and engineering teams.

Lead strategy, discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption of workforce and resource management solutions for construction, engineering, and adjacent industries. Engage customers, partners, engineering, design, and industry experts to validate opportunities, shape roadmaps, build investment cases, and deliver measurable outcomes. Apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workforce productivity, compliance, scheduling, and operational experiences across global markets.

Embed with enterprise customers to identify operational problems and rapidly design, build, deploy, and improve AI-powered software. Develop full-stack features, APIs, event-driven services, integrations, data pipelines, retrieval systems, model-serving workflows, and agentic applications. Lead technical discovery, productionize prototypes, monitor real-world usage, improve reliability, and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Feed customer insights into product roadmaps.
