Leads end-to-end enterprise AI Agent implementation programs from scoping through deployment and sustainment. Coordinates engineering, product, customer success, support, and customer stakeholders; manages technical onboarding, integrations, project plans, timelines, success metrics, and continuous improvement. Establishes repeatable deployment, monitoring, issue-resolution, documentation, and sustaining-engineering processes while translating technical requirements into actionable delivery plans and feeding customer insights into product roadmaps.

Lead and execute Nexus Black marketing campaigns to drive inbound and net-new demand across product lines. Build AI-first marketing workflows using Claude tools, manage HubSpot campaigns and CMS content, collaborate with product, sales, and regional teams, optimize performance via A/B testing and analytics, and manage budgets and vendors to deliver pipeline and revenue impact.

Lead the Internal Developer Platform vision and execution to improve developer experience: define golden paths, service templates, self-service scaffolding, CI/CD integration and observability. Drive adoption and metrics, integrate auth/IAM, partner with infra/SRE/product teams, mentor senior platform engineers, and influence platform architecture and standards across a large distributed engineering organisation.
