Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR business partner for UKI and Benelux, advising senior leadership on workforce planning, ER, talent acquisition, performance, and succession. Lead a small HR team, ensure compliance with European labour law and works council processes, drive high-performance culture, and translate global HR strategies into local execution.

Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring value realization from solutions, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor, collaborate internally for account growth, and maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM.

Lead the development of AI-driven optimization capabilities in logistics, engaging with customers, prototyping ideas, and ensuring high-quality delivery of AI systems.
