The role involves providing high-quality administrative support to the ISSB Vice-Chair, managing schedules, communications, travel arrangements, and liaising with departments.

Lead customer support for IFRS Earned Revenue product lines on an 18-month fixed-term contract: answer inbound inquiries within 24 hours, process orders, manage vendor relationships, track customer feedback and KPIs in Salesforce, produce reports, improve operational procedures, support marketing/logistics, and provide ad-hoc support for webinars and events to improve customer satisfaction.

Provide production-focused communications support for the IASB: prepare announcements and web content, create visual assets in Canva, manage the communications calendar, run LinkedIn and X channels, support basic audio-visual/podcast editing, assemble PowerPoint decks, liaise with technical teams, observe board meetings, and assist the Director of Communications across projects.
