Supports the Client Experience, Data & Insights team by analyzing marketing, client, CRM, and digital data. Develops dashboards, reports, customer insights, and marketing analytics to improve client experience and commercial outcomes. Collaborates across global teams while building skills in data visualization, SQL, analytics tools, data governance, and AI-enabled reporting.

Perform and oversee performance and risk analytics and reporting across IFM products and asset classes. Produce attribution, performance calculations, FUM and fee reports using FactSet, Bloomberg, B-One and in‑house systems. Support, review and mentor analysts, manage team workflows, lead technical stakeholder discussions, drive process improvements, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of performance reporting.
