Provides administrative, coordination, workflow, diary, travel, expense, invoice, document-control, and stakeholder support to the EMEA Commercial Legal team. The role assists with legal and non-legal documents, meetings, events, external relationships, visitor management, telephone screening, data maintenance, and ad hoc projects while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with delegated authorities.

Build and scale practical AI-enabled solutions across marketing, communications, client strategy, and related teams. Translate business problems into AI workflows, prototypes, automations, dashboards, and minimum viable products using Microsoft platforms and other approved tools. Support adoption, AI governance, responsible development, innovation forums, stakeholder engagement, and measurement of business outcomes.
