Lead executive briefings, shape product strategy, develop ROI-based business cases, support enterprise deals, and represent Icertis externally. Collaborate cross-functionally to influence roadmap and strengthen market leadership; travel up to 30% for customer engagements and events.

Lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, drive cross-sell/upsell of Icertis AI-enabled SaaS, manage escalations, build CxO relationships, collaborate on account plans, and represent the company at events.

Partner with Sales across EMEA to design and present tailored enterprise CLM solutions, lead demos and workshops, respond to RFPs/RFIs, support deal-closing, and represent the company at events while relaying customer insights to Product.
