Leads Icertis’s global SAP partnership strategy, executive alignment, joint go-to-market programs, co-sell initiatives, pipeline governance, partner enablement, and commercial growth. This individual contributor role coordinates Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Solution Advisory, and RevOps to create scalable partner engagement models, improve seller readiness, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Provide Level 3 technical support for UK government customers, diagnosing complex issues and delivering code-level fixes. Support go-live activities through workflow updates, UI changes, report creation, database scripting, integration configuration, hotfixes, patches, and upgrades. Collaborate with development teams, manage customer requests through CRM processes, create knowledge-base content, respond to enhancements, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires SC clearance eligibility, a British passport, and occasional customer visits.

Lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, drive cross-sell/upsell of Icertis AI-enabled SaaS, manage escalations, build CxO relationships, collaborate on account plans, and represent the company at events.
