Leads a portfolio of risk-based internal audits across TP ICAP, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery and adherence to audit standards. Manages audit staff, evaluates business risks and control frameworks, reports control deficiencies, agrees remediation actions, and provides assurance to senior stakeholders and committees. The role also develops strategic relationships, influences risk-management practices, and contributes to audit planning and governance. Occasional travel of approximately 10–20% may be required.

Leads a 21-person EMEA Level 1 support function for multi-asset electronic trading platforms. Oversees trade and order management, user administration, connectivity, onboarding, platform configuration, incident resolution, service levels, operational controls, and process improvements. Acts as an escalation point, manages stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams, supports risk and compliance activities, and develops team capability, automation, and service efficiency.

Lead Liquidnet’s global ETF business strategy and execution, driving revenue growth, client engagement, market expansion, and commercial opportunities. Serve as the principal ETF subject matter expert and business owner, coordinating Sales, Trading, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. Develop strategic plans, cultivate senior relationships across the ETF ecosystem, identify product and platform enhancements, represent the firm externally, and report business performance and priorities to senior management.
