Owns Parameta Solutions’ global Benchmarks and Indices business, including P&L, strategy, product development, commercialization, governance, and client relationships. Leads research, technical, operations, sales, and cross-functional teams while developing investible multi-asset index products, modernizing calculation platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth.

Leads TP ICAP’s global Derivatives Compliance Advisory function across Rates, FX, money markets, and government bonds. Provides strategic regulatory guidance, manages international compliance teams, advises senior stakeholders, oversees new products and strategic initiatives, leads regulatory change and remediation programs, supports transaction reporting frameworks, delivers training, and represents Compliance at executive and regulatory forums.

Provides comprehensive executive support to a divisional CEO, including complex diary and travel coordination, expense management, meeting and event logistics, confidential information handling, stakeholder communication, presentation preparation, onboarding support, minute-taking, and administrative coverage. The role is fully office-based five days per week in London and requires strong organisation, discretion, multitasking, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, preferably gained in financial services.
