Leads a portfolio of risk-based internal audits across TP ICAP, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery and adherence to audit standards. Manages audit staff, evaluates business risks and control frameworks, reports control deficiencies, agrees remediation actions, and provides assurance to senior stakeholders and committees. The role also develops strategic relationships, influences risk-management practices, and contributes to audit planning and governance. Occasional travel of approximately 10–20% may be required.

Leads a 21-person EMEA Level 1 support function for multi-asset electronic trading platforms. Oversees trade and order management, user administration, connectivity, onboarding, platform configuration, incident resolution, service levels, operational controls, and process improvements. Acts as an escalation point, manages stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams, supports risk and compliance activities, and develops team capability, automation, and service efficiency.

Lead Liquidnet’s global ETF business strategy and execution, driving revenue growth, client engagement, market expansion, and commercial opportunities. Serve as the principal ETF subject matter expert and business owner, coordinating Sales, Trading, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. Develop strategic plans, cultivate senior relationships across the ETF ecosystem, identify product and platform enhancements, represent the firm externally, and report business performance and priorities to senior management.

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance back-end applications and APIs for latency-sensitive, data-intensive trading systems. Collaborate with architects, principal engineers, traders, quants, and business stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle. Contribute to scalable, resilient, cloud-native and event-driven architectures, technical evaluations, automated testing, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serves as an Anti-Financial Crime subject matter expert across CDD/KYC, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, counter-terrorist financing, and proliferation financing. Interprets global regulations, identifies financial crime risks and control gaps, advises on complex matters, enhances AFC frameworks and controls, analyzes management information, supports change initiatives, and collaborates with business and compliance stakeholders. Also contributes to training, risk escalation, regulatory alignment, and control improvement.

Lead architecture and hands-on delivery of a greenfield desktop trading platform. Design high-performance, latency-sensitive, event-driven systems, ensure crash containment and least-privilege boundaries, integrate desktop/web UIs, apply AI-assisted development discipline, mentor engineers, work through governance, and coordinate across trading, compliance, infrastructure and offshore partners to deliver production solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, TypeScript, and React. Build microservices and APIs, implement CI/CD and automated testing, optimize performance and security, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture, mentor junior engineers, and work in Agile teams using cloud and container technologies.

Define and deliver the architectural vision for the Agile Release Train. Translate architecture into Epics/Features/Stories, support DevOps and CI/CD, manage NFRs, collaborate with feature teams, maintain architecture documentation, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to ensure scalable, secure platform solutions.

Lead end-to-end deployments of generative AI solutions embedded with business teams: discovery, scoping, architecture, build, and production rollout. Develop LLM-powered applications, write production-grade frontend and backend code, feed field insights into the central AI platform, and drive adoption through measurement and stakeholder communication.

Own and prioritise the product backlog for Credit Technology, translate strategy into actionable user stories, support Agile teams, engage front-office stakeholders, coordinate cross-team delivery, drive Agile ceremonies, validate increments through UAT, and balance short-term delivery with platform modernisation to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Lead front-office production support for a trading platform: act as primary escalation for complex incidents, mentor junior engineers, drive automation and cloud migration, manage client migrations and customisations, troubleshoot FIX, databases, networking and OMS integrations, and improve operational processes and incident management.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, latency-sensitive back-end systems and APIs for trading. Lead architecture, own delivery lifecycle, mentor engineers, drive POCs and improvements, collaborate with traders/quants, and implement observability, CI/CD, and cloud-native patterns.

Drive commercial growth for Benchmarks & Indices by leading go-to-market strategy, launching indices, generating pipeline, structuring licensing and distribution deals, engaging clients and partners, and representing the business at industry events.

Lead a small engineering team to convert business prototypes into secure, scalable production services for broker desks. Own end-to-end delivery including deployment, monitoring, incident management, support, and continuous improvement while building stakeholder trust and ensuring governance and security compliance.

Support end-to-end contract-to-cash: review contracts, execute monthly billing, maintain Workday/Salesforce data, reconcile revenue, resolve billing queries, support month/quarter-end reporting, and drive process improvements and controls.

Lead global Client Lifecycle Management and Party Reference Data operations, ensuring onboarding, maintenance and offboarding of clients and counterparties. Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk controls, data governance and transformation initiatives. Manage distributed teams across EMEA, Americas and APAC, partnering with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Legal and Front Office. Own strategy, budgets, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve client experience.

Deliver global and local internal communications campaigns and day-to-day content for employees. Create digital and physical content, video production, and measurement frameworks. Partner with senior stakeholders, People team and APAC to translate business priorities into communications plans, coach teams on best practice, and support wider Corporate Affairs activity including social and external comms where appropriate. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London.
