Lead transformation of the Holidays Product & Sourcing function by redesigning operating models, processes and governance. Build and manage an Enablement team, embed AI/automation and smarter technology, drive supplier onboarding and product readiness, partner with senior stakeholders to scale capability and improve operational performance.
