Balance hands-on technical delivery with coaching, roadmap prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and responsible AI to ensure solutions are deployed, measured and optimised for business outcomes.

Own and grow the insurance proposition by managing key partners and platform providers, driving revenue and margin, ensuring regulatory compliance, shaping product and commercial roadmaps, using data to optimise performance, and delivering insight-led campaigns and business development.

Lead finance transformation and reporting for IAG Loyalty, owning controls, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, accounting assessments and cashflow forecasting. Improve processes and SAP configuration, partner with commercial and group stakeholders, and support external/internal audit and governance to build a scalable finance function.
