Manage and grow existing customer accounts for Spring & Autumn Fair through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and relationship development. Generate new business, manage sales pipelines and contracts, achieve revenue and engagement targets, and build relationships with stakeholders from independent businesses to multinational corporations. Attend industry events, understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and secure rebookings while maintaining excellent client service.

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for LegalTechTalk, driving audience growth, event registrations, and year-round engagement. Responsibilities include copywriting for email, websites, landing pages, advertising, and digital assets; managing audience journeys and CRM segmentation; coordinating campaign delivery; and analyzing performance. The role also involves testing messaging, visuals, landing pages, and calls to action, applying SEO and conversion optimization insights, and collaborating with internal teams and agencies.

Owns LegalTechTalk’s marketing database, CRM strategy, audience growth, segmentation, automated journeys, email campaigns, deliverability, and performance analysis. The role manages data quality, consent, integrations, nurture workflows, campaign testing, and audience insights to increase registrations, attendance, and engagement. It partners with marketing leadership to optimize targeting, personalization, timing, and conversion while applying AI-assisted tools and improving marketing operations.
