Teams at Hypervolt

Manage post-purchase customer orders, including amendments, cancellations, queries, discrepancies, delivery issues, and installation delays. Maintain accurate records, monitor open orders, proactively follow up with internal teams and partners, and support operational administration and reporting. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving retail operations environment.

Lead Hypervolt's legal, regulatory and compliance function across commercial contracting, product safety, data/privacy, IP, corporate governance and disputes. Provide hands-on advice, set legal strategy and risk appetite, build templates and playbooks, manage external counsel and insurers, and scale the in-house legal function for international growth.

Coordinate a single-track roadmap across UX, engineering, product, and stakeholders for UltraGrid, Hypervolt’s backend connectivity platform. Manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery using Jira. Communicate progress to technical and non-technical audiences while mentoring teams and promoting accountability. The role supports large-scale consumer technology, real-time data, grid balancing, and EV charging products in a fast-growing startup environment.
