Supports live defence programmes through analysis, planning, tracking, customer engagement, briefing preparation, and operational execution. The role translates customer requirements, policy context, and programme constraints into actionable inputs; assists programme managers; engages military and government stakeholders; and handles ambiguous, high-ownership tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Support delivery of complex defence programmes by coordinating schedules, workstreams, stakeholders, suppliers, risks, actions, and dependencies. Translate customer and contractual requirements into plans, milestones, presentations, and decisions. Contribute to programme reporting, commercial activities, change control, proposals, and strategic analysis while taking ownership of increasingly complex responsibilities. The role requires strong communication, organisation, bilingual German and English fluency, and comfort operating across technical, commercial, and customer-facing environments.

As a Manufacturing Controls Lead, you'll develop standards, collaborate with vendors, and ensure data continuity within complex manufacturing systems.
