The Head of Sales Enablement will build and enhance the sales enablement function, create training programs, improve seller effectiveness, and streamline sales processes, collaborating closely with sales and marketing leaders.

Lead end-to-end customer projects for an AI-powered insurance SaaS platform: manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and delivery to bring pricing models and integrations live. Act as primary customer contact, translate needs to Model Development and Engineering, maintain project artefacts and governance, apply AI/automation to improve delivery, and help scale consistent, repeatable processes across the delivery function.

Lead the technical direction for an AI-first platform: define architecture, standards, and roadmaps; drive platform adoption, security, reliability, and operational excellence; embed AI/automation patterns; influence senior stakeholders; and develop senior engineers to multiply organisational effectiveness.

Deliver live and online technical training and workshops for clients and partners; build and maintain course content, video tutorials, and certification assessments; translate product features into usable learning materials; support partner enablement and maintain course health and documentation.

Manage strategic enterprise insurer accounts to drive adoption, deliver measurable value, manage renewals, run QBRs/workshops, capture customer insights to inform product and commercial decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and grow accounts.

Serve as the technical lead for a portfolio of customers, designing and delivering SaaS integrations, driving adoption and measurable business outcomes, building reusable AI-first delivery artefacts, managing delivery scope and risks, and sharing best-practice patterns across the team.

Own a strategic territory plan to build and close high-value opportunities with enterprise insurers, act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, and navigate complex sales cycles while driving long-term partnerships.

Own end-to-end revenue and accounts receivable in NetSuite, drive month-end close to tight deadlines, manage UK VAT filings and payroll (post-HiBob transition), oversee banking and treasury controls, maintain reconciliations and audit-ready documentation, and deliver regular process improvements and automation while keeping SOPs current.

Own people reporting and analytics, build and maintain dashboards (retention, attrition, engagement), run Lattice operations and performance cycles, manage HRIS data integrity, run engagement surveys and translate insights into actions, handle HR administration, benefits, compliance, and support DEI, wellness, and L&D initiatives.

Serve as the front-line SysSec contact: triage and resolve incoming requests, reduce recurring work via automations and scripts, partner with teams to improve device/application/AI tooling, and contribute ~20% to platform and infrastructure design.

As a Model Developer, you will deliver end-to-end model solutions using Python, collaborate with actuarial teams, mentor juniors, and improve model development practices.
