Provide first-line technical product support to customers, troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, guide users through resolutions, escalate incidents, follow issues through closure, and recommend documentation improvements. The role requires strong customer service, systematic problem-solving, familiarity with operating system internals, antivirus configuration, and system management tools such as GPO, RMMs, and SCCM.

Own full-cycle, quota-carrying sales for new MSP/Service Provider business in the Nordics. Prospect, qualify, scope, price, and close deals with SDR, SE, and AM support. Maintain CRM records, meet revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel up to 10% for customers and events.

Triage, investigate, and remediate security alerts using EDR and forensic artifacts. Perform tactical malware analysis, investigate Microsoft M365 activity, assist escalations, contribute to detection engineering, and work on projects to improve SOC outcomes while mentoring and collaborating with teammates.
