Teams at Hudl

Own the strategy, vision, and delivery of Hudl’s athlete performance product suite. Partner with sports scientists, coaches, customers, and cross-functional teams to capture and analyze athlete monitoring data from wearables, optical tracking, and other sources. Drive products that help mitigate injury risk, optimize performance, and track athlete development. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market plans while balancing customer value, cost, and timelines.

Design, architect, and deliver highly available, scalable, and secure platform infrastructure. Lead technical design for site reliability, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production operations. Mentor engineers, promote operational consistency, and guide infrastructure projects. Use AWS, Terraform or OpenTofu, Kubernetes, and AI tools to improve engineering workflows and platform engineering practices.

Design shared experiences and systems across Hudl’s products, solving complex cross-product workflows involving information architecture, video, data, and AI. Partner with product, engineering, designers, and customers to research, prototype, test, iterate, and deliver intuitive solutions. Independently own scoped design projects from exploration through implementation, using product evidence to measure outcomes and improve experiences at scale.
