Leads international HR Operations across Europe, Asia, and LATAM. Translates global HR strategy into scalable programs, policies, and service standards; oversees employment compliance, payroll, benefits, mobility, health and safety, vendors, automation, and M&A integrations. Advises senior leaders, manages governance and risk, develops the HR Operations team, and uses metrics to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Design, architect, and deliver highly available, scalable, and secure platform infrastructure. Lead technical design for site reliability, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production operations. Mentor engineers, promote operational consistency, and guide infrastructure projects. Use AWS, Terraform or OpenTofu, Kubernetes, and AI tools to improve engineering workflows and platform engineering practices.

Lead Agile delivery across multiple squads, coaching teams and the broader organization toward autonomy, sustainable performance, and improved outcomes. Identify cross-team dependencies, reduce organizational friction, establish predictive delivery metrics, improve stakeholder visibility, and foster psychological safety. Adapt Agile frameworks and design effective information flows and decision rhythms. Collaborate regularly in the London office with globally distributed product teams.
