Provide multilingual, data-focused customer support for Hudl's products: troubleshoot issues, analyze and manipulate data (Python/R/SQL), communicate solutions empathically, and escalate product feedback to engineering and product teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable edge ML infrastructure and model compilation pipelines for embedded devices. Deploy and validate optimized inference engines (TensorRT, quantization), run CI/CD and automated testing on fleets, monitor telemetry and performance, solve edge constraints (bandwidth, storage, reliability), and mentor the team on Python tooling and IaC.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack web features, mentor others, and propose innovative solutions.
