Develops and executes trade marketing plans for European retailers, coordinating brand and product activations, localized marketing materials, retailer content, beauty box initiatives, product assortments, launch reporting, and budget management. Partners with commercial, global, retail, finance, and supplier teams to maximize brand visibility, engagement, footfall, and sales while maintaining brand consistency and timely execution.

Coordinates public relations and influencer marketing activities across UK and Southern European markets. Responsibilities include supporting product launches, managing media and influencer relationships, maintaining press and gifting lists, coordinating retailer press days and events, monitoring media coverage, supporting PR agencies, and handling team administration. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, social media knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
