Lead and govern end-to-end international payroll across multiple countries and outsourced providers, ensuring accurate, compliant processing. Manage providers, reconciliations, reporting, audits and payroll-related projects. Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal to address legislative change and risk. Drive standardisation, automation and integrations for acquisitions/expansion, coach payroll team members, and ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance.

Provide third-line support for Workday Financials and T&E, manage changes and testing, support deployments and release testing, liaise with project teams and third-party partners, train new users, and maintain audit-ready configuration and processes for global finance operations.

Manage the effectiveness of delegated underwriting operations, ensuring binder governance, FCA compliance, bordereaux accuracy, claims and finance reconciliation, supplier and system change management, and cross-functional coordination with underwriting, finance, compliance and capacity providers.
