Design and architect on‑premises and Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure/M365) meeting security, governance and international compliance. Produce high‑level and detailed documentation, present designs, guide engineers, assist delivery across multiple projects, and ensure ITIL change governance and integration following acquisitions.

The role involves winning new business, building relationships with B2B clients, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce product team. Elicit, document, and translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and wireframes. Lead UAT, coordinate demos and training, maintain product documentation and governance, analyse data for product improvement, and support backlog grooming and release activities.
