Coordinates international employee moves throughout the global mobility lifecycle. Responsibilities include handling mobility queries, maintaining case records, supporting immigration reviews, preparing cost projections and documentation, tracking assignments and visa expirations, generating reports, monitoring budgets, coordinating external vendors, and improving mobility processes. The role partners closely with HR teams, advisors, and internationally mobile employees.

Produces monthly P&L reporting, management information, board reporting, cost analysis, forecasts, budgets, and investment case reviews. Partners with business leaders, supports financial queries, develops Power BI dashboards, explains performance drivers, and provides insights for commercial decision-making. The role also owns key planning areas and supports FP&A projects in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Owns technical governance for AI tools and platforms across Howden. Leads architecture reviews, security documentation, vendor and tooling assessments, and technical oversight of internal and third-party AI delivery. Establishes standards for agent development, retrieval, prompt engineering, and evaluation while supporting divisional AI teams. Acts as a technical partner to the Head of AI, ensuring quality, security, intellectual property protection, and development of internal AI capability.
