Leads and optimizes the Legal Operations function, including legal panel governance, pricing strategy, tenders, reporting, legal technology, process improvement, AI innovation, and stakeholder management. Acts as deputy to the Group Head of Legal Operations, oversees strategic initiatives, develops dashboards and operational insights, improves workflows, and supports technology-enabled efficiency across the legal function.

Serves as the first point of contact for office visitors, providing professional reception and customer service. Responsibilities include managing reception desks, meeting rooms, hospitality coordination, couriers, visitor passes, switchboard calls, facilities communications, audits, and reception-area standards. The role requires administrative ability, strong communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office knowledge, Fire Marshal training, and a polished professional manner.
