Lead and develop a channels team to optimise marketplace distribution, pricing and revenue. Drive pricing experiments, manage OTA relationships, analyse data using SQL and BI tools, deliver commercial insights, and lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Serve as primary contact for new clients, onboarding properties across the UK and Ireland via remote calls and in-person meetings in London. Set up client accounts, train clients on tools, create detailed inventories, resolve initial issues, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing service delivery.

The Inbound Sales Executive will manage and grow the sales pipeline, respond to client enquiries, qualify leads, pitch services, and collaborate for onboarding.
