Design, build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines for UK property transaction data. Own model lifecycle (evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining), establish MLOps standards, collaborate with product and engineering, ensure data quality for features, and drive ML-driven product opportunities.

Own and optimize the demand generation engine for new agency acquisition and expansion of existing customers. Manage paid channels, partner demand, measurement, conversion optimization, marketing stack builds, and sales alignment to deliver SQLs and pipeline.

12-month maternity cover Fullstack role owning features end-to-end across a dual TypeScript and C# backend. Build React microfrontend apps, work with event-driven AWS services (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB), use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery, collaborate with product and customers, and shape architecture and developer workflows.
