Lead a team of data platform engineers, manage delivery and development of data solutions, and oversee the data infrastructure enhancements.

Contract AI Engineer to design, build and deploy LLM-driven automations and integrations across Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Zuora and Thrive LMS. Implement RAG pipelines, vector DBs, event-triggered workflows, and API/webhook integrations using n8n/Make/Zapier and direct LLM APIs. Ensure secure, GDPR-compliant production operations with logging, monitoring, and clear handover documentation.

Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js, focusing on scalable event-driven architecture and modern microservices practices while collaborating with teams to solve complex business problems.

Lead and grow the analytics team as a player/manager, set priorities across functions, translate business questions into analytic direction, own high‑visibility projects end-to-end, perform hands‑on analysis in SQL/Databricks/ThoughtSpot, champion AI in analytics, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead and build Alto's data science capability: define roadmap, develop and productionise predictive models (churn, propensity, forecasting), run experiments, create segmentation and scoring, surface insights via ThoughtSpot, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and hire/mentor a data science team.
