Own and evolve the company design system (Figma): define strategy, roadmap, components, documentation, and adoption. Collaborate with engineering to integrate production workflows, contribute to end-to-end product features, pilot AI tooling for design, mentor teams, and drive consistency and quality across the product.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Hostaway mobile app (iOS/Android). Drive discovery, metrics, adoption, engagement, retention, and instrumentation. Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle, coordinate GTM readiness, and prioritize multi-persona workflows. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Research, and GTM teams; leverage AI opportunities for mobile-first experiences.

Manage enablement systems, workflows, and knowledge management to ensure scalable onboarding, certifications, product launches, and learning initiatives. Maintain enablement tech, document SOPs, deliver reporting and dashboards, coordinate cross-functional projects, and implement operational improvements to support Global Enablement and sales readiness.

Lead and build Hostaway's brand, content, and creative function across strategy, AI-enabled production, and team hiring. Create positioning, narrative, visual identity, and high-velocity content to support GTM, demand generation, product launches, and revenue. Partner cross-functionally, define KPIs, manage vendors, and scale AI-augmented workflows while ensuring quality and measurable business outcomes.

Own the AI platform roadmap and build reusable capabilities (prompting, RAG, tool calling, agents, evaluation, observability). Run discovery, prioritize AI investments, partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Data, guide other PMs, define success metrics, and ensure scalable, reliable AI-powered features that deliver customer and business value.

Lead design and delivery of a greenfield trust accounting backend: build secure, scalable, auditable financial services, enforce quality and observability, collaborate with product/finance/legal, and mentor engineers.
