Build Python-based backend services, APIs, and integrations that embed AI capabilities into a SaaS platform. Develop scalable customer-facing features, connect AI outputs to workflows and dashboards, collaborate with product, design, and platform teams, and implement observability, monitoring, and error handling. Contribute to the AI integration stack, including SDKs, MCP servers, and LLM orchestration.

Own the end-to-end mobile design experience for iOS and Android products, from discovery and research through native UI delivery and implementation support. Use AI-augmented design methods, user insights, and business data to improve adoption, retention, and growth. Evolve the mobile design system, ensure accessibility and quality, shape product strategy, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams as a hands-on senior individual contributor.

Own and evolve the company design system (Figma): define strategy, roadmap, components, documentation, and adoption. Collaborate with engineering to integrate production workflows, contribute to end-to-end product features, pilot AI tooling for design, mentor teams, and drive consistency and quality across the product.

Lead GEO (AEO) and SEO strategy to drive organic revenue. Own technical SEO, AI/LLM discoverability, measurement, experimentation, and cross-functional execution. Build dashboards, run experiments, broaden distribution, and evolve the GEO/SEO tech stack to improve visibility, citations, and downstream business impact.

Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-powered agents, workflows, and integrations for global marketing. Evaluate buy-vs-build, integrate platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, LinkedIn), optimize AI economics, and measure ROI while collaborating with marketing teams to automate and improve campaign execution and content localization.

Lead design and delivery of a greenfield Trust Accounting backend: own architecture, build secure auditable services, ensure reliability and observability, set quality gates, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Design, build, and operate high-traffic backend services in PHP and Go. Extract services from a monolith, design APIs (REST/GraphQL) for agentic/LLM clients, improve page speed and end-to-end performance, leverage AI coding tools, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver reliable integrations and cloud-based systems.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Hostaway mobile app (iOS/Android). Drive discovery, metrics, adoption, engagement, retention, and instrumentation. Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle, coordinate GTM readiness, and prioritize multi-persona workflows. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Research, and GTM teams; leverage AI opportunities for mobile-first experiences.
