Build, operate, and extract guest-facing backend services for a high-traffic booking platform using PHP and Go. Build and shape the frontend for a white-label Trust Accounting product: implement financial workflows (ledgers, reconciliation, reporting), design scalable React components and architecture, ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser support, maintain component libraries and tests, and collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Finance, and Legal.

Lead greenfield development of a trust accounting white-label: architect and deliver a secure, auditable React frontend and Node.js backend, integrate with internal systems, establish frontend CI/CD, and champion engineering practices for reliability, compliance, and high-quality delivery in a distributed SaaS team.

Lead design and delivery of a greenfield trust accounting backend: build secure, scalable, auditable financial services, enforce quality and observability, collaborate with product/finance/legal, and mentor engineers.

Own and evolve customer-facing frontend interfaces and architecture. Build scalable UI components and design-system libraries, ensure performant, accessible responsive experiences, integrate with backend services (REST, webhooks, WebSockets), debug production issues, monitor reliability, write tests, lead technical initiatives, mentor and perform code reviews.

Own the AI platform roadmap and build reusable capabilities (prompting, RAG, tool calling, agents, evaluation, observability). Run discovery, prioritize AI investments, partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Data, guide other PMs, define success metrics, and ensure scalable, reliable AI-powered features that deliver customer and business value.

Own and qualify inbound UK leads, conduct discovery calls, communicate product value, schedule qualified meetings, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing, and meet monthly/quarterly pipeline targets.
