Create account intelligence assets, maintain Salesforce and Gong Engage data, and partner with strategic account executives to prioritize accounts and generate enterprise pipeline.

Acquire and close new mid-market business for Hootsuite by managing sales cycles from lead response through negotiation and closing. Develop territory and account plans, conduct product demonstrations, recommend solutions, complete RFPs, forecast revenue, and track activities in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6sense. Partner with pre- and post-sales teams to support customer transitions, educate existing commercial customers, and help onboard and develop new sales team members.
