Supports ITSM platforms and tooling, primarily ServiceNow and PagerDuty, including administration, configuration, workflows, integrations, permissions, reporting, and dashboards. Produces KPI and management reporting using Power BI and ServiceNow, performs data analysis, and maintains data quality. Assists with platform enhancements, automation, testing, documentation, audit support, stakeholder engagement, and continual service improvement.
